Dear Journal,
I'm at the Old Baaily because I stole linen. It was 20 shillings. I am only 32 years old.I have children and I don't wont to leave them. I hope I don't get hung. The judge just said I'm getting sentenced to New South Wales. My life is horrible. I'am a servant. I don't get paied much but now I'm in a hulk getting ready to get transported. I have irons around my neck, ankles and wrists. They are all chained together. I am so scared about getting to transported to New South Wales. My name is Elizabeth Anderson.I don't believe I'm getting transported for 7 YEARS!!!!! In 7 years time I 'm going to be 39 years old. I hope at New South Wales there's no animals that eat you, if there is I'm going to scream as loud as I can. By Elizabeth Anderson.
okay there is no way this is actually written by elizabeth anderson because there are so many things that are not historically accurate
